Parent & Player Expectations

Program Commitment

Knights United is a competitive AAU basketball program focused on player development, discipline, and exposure. By registering, players and parents agree to uphold the expectations below to maintain a positive and successful team environment.

Player Expectations

  • Attend 2–3 practices per week consistently and arrive on time.

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and coachability.

  • Show respect to coaches, teammates, officials, opponents, and facilities.

  • Maintain academic responsibility and represent Knights United with integrity on and off the court.

  • Compete in 1–2 tournaments per month, unless otherwise communicated.

  • Follow all team rules, dress code, and conduct standards.

Failure to meet expectations may result in reduced playing time or dismissal from the program.

Parent Expectations

  • Promote positive sportsmanship at all practices and games.

  • Communicate concerns respectfully and outside of game or practice time.

  • Ensure all fees are paid on time.

  • Support team travel, scheduling, and communication.

  • Understand that playing time is earned, not guaranteed.

  • Represent Knights United professionally at all events.

Registration & Program Fees

Initial Registration Costs

  • Team Jersey: $90

  • AAU Player Registration: $24

  • Monthly Gym Fee: $25

Monthly Fees

  • Monthly Tournament Fee: TBD (announced monthly based on tournament schedule)

What Registration Includes

  • 2–3 practices per week

  • 1–2 tournaments per month

  • AAU-certified competition

  • Skill development, team training, and competitive play

  • Jersey Customized

Travel AAU & Championships

Participation in travel AAU tournaments is based on team performance and championship qualification.

Additional travel-related expenses (transportation, lodging, meals) are not included and will be communicated in advance.
